Who We Are

Mentor-to-Hire is an educational program. Our Mentor-to-Hire program allows Junior/Senior college students and recent graduates to receive hands-on experience with local businesses. We help small and midsized business owners assist with Human Resource needs by matching open-house job descriptions with student resumes and career interest. Typically college students are eager to apply their career skills, interest and capabilities in a realistic-type setting.

Become a Business Mentor

Business Mentor

Our Mentor-to-Hire program allows Business to assist college students by allowing Mentees to work in a realistic setting. First, the Mentor Business becomes a member by selecting a registration period. Once the registration is complete, the Business Mentor submits a job description that will be used to match the college student skills and career interest. After interviewing your Mentee, placement begins. When the membership registration period is over, businesses can make a decision to keep that Mentee or the Mentee will be placed with another suitable position through the Mentor-to-Hire program.  These are Adult-Professional Mentees willing to listen, learn and ultimately bring accomplishment and success to your business

Student Mentee

The Mentor-to-Hire program allows you to become a Mentee and develop those distinguished things about yourself; we are more than just an internship! We provide a hands-on, trial and error environment through the Mentor-to-Hire program. Additonal benefits include free and strategic resume building for students. Once you register with our program, you may receive updates on available Business Mentors looking for innovative college students.     Mentor-to-Hire provides an educational outlet for college students looking to gain hands-on practical knowledge of the business world. We help people fulfill business needs by connecting Student Mentees to Businesses Mentors. The registered company perpetrates a Business Mentor while the registered student is the Mentee. Our match programs and services are designed to incorporate qualified student candidates into a career environment. Our goal is to professionally market and provide quality human resource solutions through an international network that benefit our associates, customers, staff, and communities in which we conduct business.
