There are thousands of inner city youth and under privileged individuals who inspire to excel within the workplace. Our Mentor-to-Hire program aids them by providing training, coaching, and connecting them with business owners within our community. GlobalStaf works directly with colleges, universities, and communities to recruit Mentees.

 
We are seeking businesses to provide an opportunity for someone looking to get hands on experience in your occupation. If your company has a position available or simply want to create a temporary position; why not register your business as a Mentor. Please register your small to mid-sized company by sponsoring at a membership level.


BECOME A BUSINESS MENTOR (1 Year membership)

To expedite registration, submit a request to recieve a registration form for your business. Please submit the following information; description of the position to include a start and end date, position title, position objective, number of hours daily, number of days per week, project tenure. Please allow a 30 day timeframe prior to start date.
